Some models (e.g., glm-5.1) ignore the {{model}} template in code
blocks and write their own footer without the model name. Fix:
1. BundledSkillLoader prepends YOUR_MODEL_ID="glm-5.1" as a top-level
declaration at the start of the skill body — impossible to miss
2. SKILL.md references YOUR_MODEL_ID in footer instructions
3. Empty model → empty string (no "unknown" — prefer omission)
4. YOUR_MODEL_ID declaration only prepended when model is available

Add {{model}} template variable support in BundledSkillLoader. When a
skill body contains {{model}}, it is replaced with the runtime model ID
from config.getModel(). Only skills that use the variable are affected.
The /review skill now appends a model attribution footer to PR review
summaries: "Reviewed by {model} via Qwen Code /review"
This enables cross-model review workflows (e.g., develop with model A,
review with model B) with accurate attribution in PR comments.

to redirect runtime output (temp files, debug logs, session data, todos,
insights) to a custom directory while keeping config files at ~/.qwen.
- Introduce `Storage.setRuntimeBaseDir()` / `getRuntimeBaseDir()` with
tilde expansion and relative path resolution
- Add `AsyncLocalStorage`-based `runWithRuntimeBaseDir()` for concurrent
session isolation in ACP integration
- Update all runtime path methods to use `getRuntimeBaseDir()` instead
of `getGlobalQwenDir()` (temp, debug, ide, projects, history dirs)
- Config paths (settings, oauth, installation_id, etc.) remain pinned
to `~/.qwen` regardless of runtime dir configuration

Previously, `generateQualitativeInsights` used `Promise.all` with a
`generate` helper that re-threw errors. A single LLM call failure
(timeout, rate limit, JSON parse error) caused the entire `qualitative`
object to become `undefined`, hiding all detailed report sections.
Now individual `generate` calls catch errors and return `undefined`
instead of throwing. The `QualitativeInsights` interface fields are
made optional so partial results render correctly — each React section
component already guards against missing data with `if (!field) return
null`.
