Implements the channels infrastructure for connecting external messaging
platforms to Qwen Code via ACP. Phase 1 supports plain text round-trip:
Telegram user sends message -> AcpBridge -> qwen-code --acp -> response
back to Telegram.
New packages:
- @qwen-code/channel-base: AcpBridge, SessionRouter, SenderGate, ChannelBase
- @qwen-code/channel-telegram: TelegramAdapter using telegraf
CLI: `qwen channel start <name>` reads from settings.json channels config,
spawns ACP agent, connects to Telegram via polling.
Add ability to capture multiple screenshots at intervals during
long-running terminal output (e.g., progress bars). Optionally
generates animated GIFs from captured frames using ffmpeg.
Features:
- Streaming capture at configurable intervals
- Early stop when output stabilizes (3 consecutive unchanged frames)
- Duplicate frame skipping
- Animated GIF generation via ffmpeg concat demuxer
- Auto-cleanup of output directory before each run
- Configurable delay before starting captures

Add JSON Schema generation for settings.json files to provide IntelliSense
and validation support in VS Code. The schema is automatically generated
from the internal SETTINGS_SCHEMA definition during the build process.
- Add generate-settings-schema.ts script to convert TypeScript schema to JSON Schema
- Add jsonValidation contribution to vscode-ide-companion package.json
- Include schemas directory in .vscodeignore for packaging
- Integrate schema generation into build process
