Ouroboros 4601ba27d2 release: Ouroboros v6.32.1 — complete the multi-project release (CI ui-smoke fix) ... Fix-forward patch over v6.32.0 (5c0dcba): that tag's release build failed only on the Playwright UI smoke suite, which still encoded the pre-redesign composer/nav layout. This aligns the smoke suite with the shipped design (verified live + by an adversarial multi-model review: Opus 4.8 / GPT-5.5 / Gemini 3.5 all SAFE TO COMMIT) so the tag release build can go green: - desktop composer smoke now asserts the Consilium + Low/Max chips render ABOVE the text input, with Send inside the input row (the chips-above-input redesign). - mobile smoke opens the sidebar drawer ([data-mobile-nav-toggle] -> #primary-sidebar.open) and navigates via data-nav-page rows; the removed data-page rail is gone.
