Promotes the green v6.26.0-rc.4 to GA. Full CI matrix on the rc.4 tag was green across all jobs: full-test on ubuntu/macos/windows, ui-smoke, docker-ui-smoke, docker-portable-test, integration-test, marker-guards, release-preflight, all three build shards (tar.gz/zip/dmg), and release. This is the systemic-hardening release: provider-registry SSOT, locked RMW state with visible supervisor death, memory integrity (atomic+quarantined dialogue blocks, honest scratchpad journal, full Pattern Register window), immune hardening (triad anti-refusal NO_FINDINGS contract, BIBLE P3 loud-advisory bound with durable advisory_overrides, dispatcher-level mutates_worktree invalidation, fail-closed scope checklist), security (file-browser symlink containment, HMAC session cookies, SSRF metadata guard, zip-slip hardening, single-exec dispatch, SHA256-pinned runtime download), process custody (ledger + strict-fingerprint reaper + parent lifelines), native multimodal chat (vision capability map, native image blocks, K=3 eviction, image-aware token estimates), and a deterministic ruff F-gate in CI. rc fix-forward trail: rc.1→rc.2 (ChatInbound.attachments JSDoc parity), rc.2→rc.3 (Windows-safe UTF-8 test read), rc.3→rc.4 (POSIX-only custody spawn/reap tests; Windows uses Job Objects). No runtime behavior change from rc.4 to GA; version carriers only. |
