Ouroboros a5cec66df4 rc_audit: ASCII attestation text and a console that never dies on its own prose ... CI run 33576588986 (Windows): the new attestation sentence carried a Cyrillic letter, and printing the report through a cp1252 console raised UnicodeEncodeError — five fixture-suite tests red.
