The list above was written on the adoption lane's worktree and names eight
rows; on the integrated branch the validator refuses exactly two: D03
(`pending` — the settings read seam pin is still owed, owner fork open) and
CPL-4 (`in-progress` — C6 waits on the owner checkpoint after review round
4). D18 closed with 091ee3b3 (one `QUEUE_SNAPSHOT_PATH` authority) and
R-WINWAVE with 9509d493 (green matrices 33569841899..33572515529). Scope
review №10 (three read-only lanes on d21806d8: claude opus-5
run-852bb8facb34, codex gpt-5.6-sol run-97075f418c64, cursor grok-4.6
run-6e1963c63371) returned NOT READY on this release bar and on the same
bookkeeping; every non-owner item is closed in 091ee3b3..c7992acf, the owner
items (CHECKLISTS.md api_v1 clause, ABI-4 typed views, D03, D09/S24, web
vision evidence) are in the owner batch. `git diff --check b9f7597f..HEAD`
stays red on the vendored `web/mermaid.min.js` (upstream minified asset) and
the generator-owned `DOMAIN_QUOTIENT_REPORT.md` EOF — disclosed, not edited.
