Silence F811 for fixture-shadowing test params in rich markdown smoke

Browse source 
The direct_server_with_data parameters intentionally shadow the imported
pytest fixture; annotate them with noqa: F811 following the pattern in
tests/test_ui_smoke_structured_media.py so ruff --select F stays clean.
