Kit Langton 4837bb8904 refactor(sketch): tighten review feedback ... - workspace-routing best-effort probe: catch ONLY SessionNotFound (was Effect.catch(() => undefined) which swallowed all E-channel errors, broader than the prior catchDefect-only behavior).
