tui: fix Wayland clipboard paste flakiness 
OpenTUI can settle empty before Wayland MIME callbacks drain, and
clipboard provider pipes can raise SIGPIPE. Retry transient empty
reads and omit SIGPIPE from interactive exit signals so paste
survives those races without killing the session.
