Peter Steinberger e72e0807ac refactor(scripts): deslop scripts (#165908) ... Derive script report and option types from their producers and existing owners. Remove redundant planning, validation, and process-forwarding paths while preserving output and lifecycle contracts. Remove 1,131 net production lines across 63 scripts. Linux Testbox focused tests, script and consuming-test types, changed-file checks, lint, dead-export scans, and import-cycle checks passed. Maintainer-authorized inherited-CI exception: source-map-js advisory GHSA-68fv-2mgg-jv7q fails identically in PR CI 37402187044 and main CI 37402399816. The aggregate failed and 75 sibling jobs were cancelled; that hosted coverage is not claimed as passing. Dependency and sensitive-change reviews passed.
