Peter Steinberger 39c0bedc7d fix(plugins): enforce SDK alias scope and captured denial on Bun (#163198) ... Keep native SDK scope tests free of global TypeScript aliases and automatic npm installation. Preserve the existing ownership/captured-denial assertions and add late ESM denial/reinstallation coverage. Node 24 and Bun b368 pass all 40 resolver/loader and 24 configuration tests; check-changed, P2 review, and exact-head CI pass. Full plugin sweep failures in unchanged files, clean-main attribution, and one unreproduced capture-cleanup failure are recorded in the PR.
