Preserve workspace directories when `openclaw uninstall --state` removes local state, including configured workspaces and implicit per-agent workspaces resolved by the runtime. State-only uninstall now uses a cleanup plan that keeps those workspace roots unless `--workspace` is selected. Fixes #75052.
