RoboClaw 349b076bff fix(wear): open the app when tapping a failed reply notification (#151262) ... Restore the existing app-opening action when a Wear OS direct-reply failure replaces its notification. Tapping the failure notification opens MainActivity while the Reply action retains its original phone and conversation route. Add framework-level regression coverage for same-tag notification replacement, activity dispatch, preserved RemoteInput and reply flags, and preferred-phone recovery.
