Peter Steinberger ae99b3b980 fix(cli): explain MCP probes with no enabled servers (#147216) ... Treat empty and disabled-only registries consistently in plain probe output and show existing add/enable commands. Preserve JSON envelopes, named-disabled errors and mixed-registry execution.
