RoboClaw a7d7db7b27 fix(wear): preserve update-required diagnosis after refresh (#151779) ... Project the phone’s current connection diagnosis into Wear status and Gateway-control responses. Reuse the connection-event decoder so Refresh preserves update guidance and compatible reconnections clear it. Preserve genuine offline states, the shipped status-only fallback, and stale-response cancellation. Covered by ordered baseline/repair regressions, 375 selected tests, production-activity before/after captures, independent review, and exact-head CI.
