Proof: focused wire regression reproduces stored-token precedence locally and on Testbox; android:i18n:check and scoped check:changed pass. Runtime changes remain gated on the persisted-state decision. * fix(android): adopt fresh-bootstrap credential handoff Retire only the consumed bootstrap after both role tokens are durably stored, fenced against newer setup/reset intents. Recover rejected saved bootstrap credentials without bypassing explicitly supplied setup auth. Keep encrypted preference keys and formats unchanged. Proof: Play 2933 and third-party 3064 unit tests; android:i18n:check; check-changed; emulator pairing, process relaunch, and Gateway-token rotation on an isolated Blacksmith Testbox.
