Peter Steinberger 14e4028809 fix(sessions): enforce disk budgets when WAL truncation is busy (#158773) ... Allow online page reclamation to confirm a complete PASSIVE checkpoint after a busy TRUNCATE, while preserving deferral for uncheckpointed frames and strict offline truncation. Log successful physical budget cleanup outcomes. Under a continuous 200 ms writer, three sweeps improve from three deferrals and no removals to three archive removals and 761712 measured bytes freed.
