merge_outcome_read_remote compared the GraphQL repository object to the identity
captured from `gh repo view`. gh reports the repository's REST database id while
GraphQL reports the node id, so {id,url, nameWithOwner} == $repo could never hold
and every merge stopped with "authoritative PR/main metadata unavailable or
invalid".
Select databaseId alongside id and accept whichever representation gh supplied.
url and nameWithOwner keep pinning the repository exactly.
The fixture previously spread one identity into both the CLI and GraphQL
responses, so no test could see the mismatch. It now models gh's real dual shape,
which makes the existing merge tests reproduce the failure, plus a case for hosts
whose gh reports the node id from both sources.
