* fix(agents): bound grep context reads to prevent gateway OOM Cap the per-file context read with readRegularFileSync (4MiB) and fall back to rg's match line when a file is oversized, instead of reading the whole file into memory. Resolve symlinks first to preserve legacy context rendering. * fix(agents): decode ripgrep byte-form match lines for oversized grep files Ripgrep emits data.lines.bytes (base64) for non-UTF-8 match lines. The oversized-file fallback previously only read data.lines.text and fell back to an empty string, silently blanking valid match text. Decode bytes to UTF-8 before the fallback and add a regression test for the byte-form JSON shape. * fix(agents): render grep context from ripgrep records Use the searched, decoded match and context records for default grep windows while retaining the shipped custom readFile contract. Preserve context at the match limit, real EOF boundaries, and native path bytes. This removes the extra whole-file reread and keeps result paths readable.
