Peter Steinberger 06195bba7c refactor(native): deslop native row and polling state (#163449) ... Remove redundant Wear page and polling state, retired iOS row fields and branches, and a shared session preference forwarder. Simplify valid-string decoding and keep localization guards and source inventory aligned with their surviving owners. Production reduction: 41 net Swift/Kotlin lines. Fresh full review is clean through P2.
