Peter Steinberger 0eade92d5a perf(test): reuse static Slack presentation gateways ... Share the Gateway, provider, and API only across the three identically configured detailed fallback-card cases. Give each case a fresh channel, scope observations to that channel, and join cleanup after the last case. All 16 cases and 72 assertions remain, including real tools and the two long observer inputs. Gateway boots fall from 16 to 14. Matched Linux two-CPU proof reduced command wall from 398.58s to 357.50s against the warmed original: 41.09s, or 10.3 percent.		2026-09-30 14:38:58 -07:00
