docs: silence codespell false positives so the check stays useful (#140207)
`pnpm docs:spellcheck` reported six hits, and every one is a false
positive. A check that always reports known-good hits is a check
people stop reading, so the words move to the existing ignore list
next to `optIn`, `allowIn`, and `planText`.

- thirdParty: a Gradle source set and the real path
  apps/android/app/src/thirdParty/AndroidManifest.xml (docs/ci.md)
- doubleClick: a browser tool API name quoted in a release PR title
- afterAll: a test hook name, written in backticks
- ND: a Mermaid node id in the trust-boundary diagram
- CNA: CVE Numbering Authority, used in its standard sense
- unparseable: a legitimate variant spelling, and one occurrence
sits inside a quoted PR title that must not be reworded

No prose changes. `bash scripts/docs-spellcheck.sh` now exits clean.
