Peter Steinberger 6ce0eb2baa refactor(scripts): remove redundant developer helper layers (#161588) ... Remove the no-op translation Close contract and nil-only constructor error left after the persistent-client migration. Keep one translator per worker and preserve all actual prompt, cancellation, fallback, output, and cleanup behavior. Reuse the GitHub read helper's canonical oversized-response error and repository normalization owner, and inline its single-use entrypoint predicate. No CLI, permission, error, guard, dependency, or generated-output contract changes. Validation: 30 focused cases including the full Go suite, scoped lint, both zero-cycle checks, and independent review. Release notes: internal tooling only. Hosted CI exception: run 36666624824 failed in check-lint with 20 errors in untouched ci-build-manifest.mjs; current unrelated run 36666286254 matches all 20 diagnostics exactly. The CI owner fixed that file in df2a29cac9. Security-fast and both review guards passed; cancelled hosted lanes remain unrun.
