Record a hidden, call-specific transcript notice when an OpenAI Responses tool call is cut off by the output-token limit. Ask the model to split the remaining work into smaller calls, preserve completed results, and allow one bounded continuation per run before surfacing the existing unfinished-call warning. Keep terminal diagnostics with the Responses transport and transcript persistence with the admitted session writer.
