* ci: cover supported Node lines in packaged checks Add Node 26.1 packaged fresh-install and upgrade cells while retaining the Node 24 cells, Windows exception, and historical tooling adapter. Keep ordinary CI on Node 24: three representative test groups improved by 3.30% on Node 26.9.0, below the required 5% threshold. * ci: select supported Node before workflow commands Select Node 24.19 before lightweight validators and shell wrappers instead of inheriting hosted Node 22. Preserve dependency setup, cache ownership, existing workflow policy, and both supported runtime lines. Add a regression guard for missing and late runtime selection. * ci: preserve supported runtime for failure reporting Keep the lightweight runtime bootstrap eligible when release evidence downloads fail, matching the existing always-run outcome report. Extend the runtime guard and retain strict QA identity ordering after the pinned bootstrap. * test: preserve workflow guards after Node bootstrap Assert the exact supported runtime bootstrap before package identity and security-review scripts. Keep the OpenGrep fixture focused on repository-owned preparation after explicitly checking external runtime provisioning. Preserve all existing trust and scan assertions. * ci: pin preflight above the supported Node floor Use the existing workflow Node version owner to select 24.19.0 explicitly. The wildcard previously reused cached Node 24.13.0 before the floor-aware repository setup. Guard the exact supported pin without changing runtime consumers or cache steps. |
