Peter Steinberger 21eeb7c932 fix(test): install isolation and preload probes under Bun (#162496) ... Bun ignored Node-only test preloads, and native fixtures could fail before exercising their intended contracts. Install shared runtime preload options, runtime-specific loader and worker instrumentation, private guard witnesses, and isolated published-package probes. Synchronize cleanup fixtures without changing their deadlines or assertions. This changes tests and test support only. Rejection, dependency identity, state-byte, and process-lifetime controls remain intact. Proof: focused Node 24 and Bun validation plus independent reviews with no actionable findings. The inherited CI lint-fixture and worker-planner failures were independently attributed and separately fixed on main; landing uses the authorized native exception.
