RoboClaw 9d9dac054c feat(sessions): support explicit local placement for child sessions (#153912) ... Allow sessions_spawn callers to select local execution explicitly while preserving omitted placement as the existing local default. Keep cloud visibility/worktree admission, inherited permissions, and failure retention unchanged. Update tool guidance, generated schema snapshots, and native/ACP/visible-local regression coverage. Preserve originating-refusal context in the existing migration test without changing its expected outcomes. Validation: source-bound Crabbox proof with 274 passing tests, including all five real Gateway requester-owner cases; 35 changed-file checks; exact-head CI; Platinum review.
