Annotate hidden inputs that remain in model context, reuse their canonical evidence at native settlement, and preserve host liveness before persistence notifications. Missing admitted rows cannot be recreated by the native transcript mirror. Add native and live-provider empty-terminal recovery proof with exactly-once tool execution, plus missing-row and cancellation regressions. Extract the existing generic writer and shared native provider fixture without changing their responsibilities. Refs #153507. * refactor(harness): centralize transcript visibility preservation Preserve source-hidden metadata through the shared projector in Codex and Copilot. Remove the superseded casts and shrink their existing allowances.
