RoboClaw fbc540f147 improve(android): keep chat photos outside text bubbles (#155338) ... Reapply the reviewed source-only gallery delta onto the landed camera change. Preserve both the camera source-specific decoding policy and the compact gallery layout argument. Keep bounded four-image navigation, original assistant ordering, native regression coverage and existing viewer/auth owners. Generated locale output remains owned by the refresh workflow.
