* feat(ui): start fresh sessions with configured defaults Add gateway.controlUi.newSessionModelDefaults="configured" as an opt-in; keep last-used behavior by default. Preserve deliberate model, runtime, and reasoning choices in the current durable draft without reusing them for the next session. Retain Fast Mode and placement preferences. The config surface grows by one optional key. Draft rows gain optional intent under their existing scope, CAS, expiry, and submission lifetime; no database version, permissions, or existing conversations change.
