Peter Steinberger efc51e4f24 fix(test): preserve selected CLI and Gateway runtime (#154809) ... Default test fixture children to the current executable while retaining explicit runtime overrides. Pass the Gateway clock preload through the existing command prefix so both Node and Bun receive it. Verify default selection and explicit Node recovery with real child processes.
