Peter Steinberger 2989020eca fix(test): include limit helper in packaging harness ... The trusted checkout fixture copied package-changelog.mjs without its new check-limits.mts dependency, so CLI startup failed before argument parsing in Windows CI. Copy the Node-built-in-only helper into the same fixture, preserving its no-installed-dependencies and missing-module assertions. Validation: the unchanged full file reproduces the missing helper on main with 63 passing tests, one failure, and three skips. With this fixture repair, all 64 applicable tests pass on a Linux Blacksmith Testbox (Node 24.19.0; pnpm test --maxWorkers=1 wall 20.44s, Vitest 19.38s). Native Windows CI confirmation remains separate. The complete changed-file gate passes. Managed P2 review reports scoped-clean.		2026-09-23 03:48:11 -07:00
