* fix(codex): discover GPT-6 models with runtime 0.155.1 Keep the managed runtime, ACP adapter, and subscription catalog client version on the same exact release. Refresh the native model discovery snapshot from an authenticated 0.154.0 to 0.155.1 cache reuse probe. Related: #155937; follow-up to #155967. * test(codex): sync runtime fixtures with 0.155.1
