Peter Steinberger caa6096b1e fix(doctor): carry the recorded failure in session SQLite recovery reports (#156431) ... Record the target error and failure timestamp in the migration journal before rethrowing import failures. Preserve the prepared-transcript batch abort contract, retain recorded failures after clean recovery, and print an explicit non-outcome instead of generating an empty recovery report. Extract the existing importer to keep its abort handling with the import owner and shrink the over-cap orchestration module. Fixes #156218.
