refactor(channels): deslop protocol and setup follow-ups (#163040) 
Reuse existing probe results, media types, setup defaults, and caller-owned locality decisions. Collapse duplicate protocol, routing, and acknowledgement branches without changing channel behavior.

Validation: 383 focused tests across 10 files passed on Blacksmith Testbox; both import-cycle checks reported zero. The reviewed and tested source matches this head.

OpenClaw Google Chat

Official OpenClaw channel plugin for Google Chat spaces and direct messages.

Install from OpenClaw:

openclaw plugins install @openclaw/googlechat

Configure the Google Chat app credentials and allowed spaces in OpenClaw. The plugin lets agents receive Google Chat events and reply through the configured app.
