RoboClaw d6505af712 fix(android): GPT-Live Talk silently falls back to native speech (#153741) ... Advertise supported GPT-Live relay configurations through the existing provider capability hint. Keep GPT-Live on native Talk for forced consultation and Azure settings that the bridge rejects. Record and display the admitted Android Talk route, preserve existing fallback behavior, and clarify subscription authentication. Credential and session-authorization checks remain unchanged.
