OpenClaw Volcengine Provider

Official OpenClaw provider plugin for Volcengine models, the Volcengine coding plan, and Volcengine Speech text-to-speech.

Install from OpenClaw:

openclaw plugins install @openclaw/volcengine-provider
openclaw gateway restart
