Correct the unavailable FileAuthStorageBackend import promise without changing storage or authority. * fix(changelog): include merged side ancestry in release inventory * test: align catalog and node lifecycle readiness * docs(changelog): remove already shipped unreleased notes Remove 89 stale Unreleased bullets whose 109 primary PR references already shipped in 2026.8.1. Preserve every other line and all numbered release sections byte-for-byte, including contributor credit and the canonical 2026.8.1 record. The removed mixed references are existing issue context or unmerged candidate PR citations already corrected in the published notes. New post-release followups remain untouched. * fix(runtime): preserve restart claims and deadline outcomes Forward the missing release runtime fixes while retaining main native accounting ownership. Validate restart cleanup in the synchronous commit after queued patch preparation, preserve parent deadline precedence, and mark empty-session token totals stale when a turn supplies no usage. * test(agents): prepare real admission for runner regressions Seed canonical durable sessions, retain one admission across fallback candidates, and close the actual prepared context after each run.
