* fix: keep reply admission responsive during database contention Move persistent reply coordinator, lease, initialization and read work through the existing agent executor. Retain verified native-generation claims and selected aliases, join release through successor custody, and select queued executions only after preceding attempts settle. Preserve native synchronous callbacks and incognito behavior. Prove cold/reopened zero-host-SQL admission, concurrent cancellation, replacement, corruption and physical release with real SQLite. * test: run reply dispatcher integrations in database worker forks * test: complete database fork routing for dispatcher consumers * test: join database reopen cleanup and contention events * test: generate valid PNG for Windows media tool coverage * fix(ci): share identical extension runtime preparation * test(gateway): observe SQL and await broadcast read completion * test: route real Telegram final delivery through host owner * docs(ci): align owner guide with shared preparation * test: route WhatsApp delivery through the host owner * test: route Discord native resets through the host owner * test: remove unused planner import after integration |
