Peter Steinberger f1d611a484 test(config): author canonical agent rosters in fixtures and docs examples (#163475) ... After #162612 moved legacy agents.list/default-marker migration into Doctor, test fixtures and 61 documentation examples still authored the retired roster shape and were rejected at config admission (main hourly 36996061103, 12 files plus docs-config-examples).
