Peter Steinberger ff946f7144 refactor(ui): simplify dashboard defaults and pane navigation (#156164) ... Consolidate activation snapshots and retained-pane lookup, narrow tab persistence to its actual input, and share repeated patch-receipt projections. Preserve shared defaults, local layouts, route intent, and stale-result guards. Production code drops 42 net lines. Verified 207 focused tests, all 28 related browser scenarios, the 39-case board suite (8.85s single-worker wrapper), full changed-file checks, and independent review through P2.		2026-09-22 21:32:23 -07:00
