* refactor(mcp): run OAuth writes through owned state workers * fix(state): release stopped heartbeat reference Drop the retained worker heartbeat only after all heartbeat cleanup joins succeed. Escaped lease callbacks must not retain its completed caller context. Failed teardown keeps its original retry custody and uncertainty barrier. * test(memory): report FTS setup errors Include the existing schema error in the unchanged FTS availability assertion so the next hosted failure exposes its setup cause before purge execution. This adds diagnostics without changing the expected result or skipping FTS. |
