Honor targeted includes in the contracts Vitest lane and compare bundled web-search fast-path artifacts against plugin-owned runtime artifacts instead of loading whole plugin entries. Split Google and Firecrawl runtime-only work behind lazy seams so provider registration stays metadata-light.
