refactor: delete unreferenced production code (#159847)
* refactor: delete unreferenced production code
Remove unused private plugin forwarding exports, four uncalled Browser client wrappers, retired iMessage config accessors, and unreachable UI selectors and validation. Preserve public SDK/package surfaces, dynamic runtime entry points, and test-support consumers.

* refactor: remove retired mascot catch state and unused store member
* refactor: preserve typed exhaustiveness in dead-code cleanup
* test(gateway): scope observer disposal checks to owned timers
* refactor: keep exhaustive extension switches lintable
* refactor: remove unused media completion configuration
* refactor: prune private template options and retired theme styles
* refactor: remove unreachable private slot and launch paths
* refactor: preserve main validation issue selection
* test: align fixture authority and worker lifetime checks
* test: include Codex fixture types in extension lint
* test: materialize extension lint ambient fixture
