Regenerate the daemon runtime probe and its script inventory after declaring Knowledge registry and storage workers. This repairs the script freshness gate that stopped both compact tests and browser bootstrap CI before their runtime checks.

Read the SQLite version with the NUL round-trip row, preserving synchronous boot admission and failure diagnostics. Reduce each successful capability probe from four statements to three.

Run the bounded same-executable probe from its private directory with an empty Bun config and dotenv loading disabled. Resolve relative library candidates before changing the child working directory, and retain finally-owned cleanup.
A real Bun regression reproduces the inherited preload failure on the prior head and passes with this fix. Owner, parser, worker, and launcher tests pass; generated runtime copies are refreshed.

Package the canonical transfer archive and use the same executable for downloaded worker scripts. Keep embedded relay dispatch separate from the target environment and preserve existing bundle compatibility checks.
