docs: restore Bitwarden and password-store recipe navigation (#160599)

Browse source 
Replace two stale placeholder-derived fragments with the existing accordion
IDs so the secrets index reaches the intended recipes. Preserve the index's
published compatibility anchors and rendered content.

Tested: Published-page DOM navigation; shared-parser before/after resolution and HTML comparison; docs path, Markdown, formatting, and diff checks
Known-failure: Full anchor audit retains 52 identical pre-existing diagnostics elsewhere
