chore(release): withdraw the 2026.9.6 macOS build from the Sparkle feed

The 2026.9.6 macOS app crashes on every launch after the in-app update
on affected Macs (#156861: Swift concurrency abort in
CookieSyncManager.scheduleReconcile). Restore the pre-2026.9.6 appcast
so 2026.9.5 is the newest Sparkle entry until the 2026.9.7 Mac hotfix
ships. This reverts the appcast content of 74a27bbff6 (#156852); the
GitHub release and npm package stay published.
