* Enforce HTTPS for public network connections via NetworkUtils.isUrlSecure

* fix: extract shared NetworkUtils module and show error on insecure URL save

- Move NetworkUtils to :shared module to eliminate code duplication
  between app and wear modules
- Update all references to use com.openclaw.assistant.shared.utils.NetworkUtils
- Show testResult error when user saves an insecure URL in SettingsActivity
  instead of silently ignoring it
