Sukchan Lee 07a61018b2 [AMF] fix the crash (#1280) 
During PDU Session Establishment,
if gNB sends PDUSessionResourceReleaseResponse,
AMF was crashed.

In this case, AMF/SMF remove Session Context and sends ErrorIndication.
