Replace assertion-based checks on network-derived values with validation and proper GTP error handling. - Handle ogs_gtp1_gsn_addr_to_ip() and ogs_gtp1_eua_to_ip() failures without aborting SMF - Fix incorrect log message for End User Address failure - Handle PFCP outer_header_creation failure gracefully instead of assert Prevents SMF crash triggered by malformed Gn CreatePDPContextRequest.
